TravelAbility Fellows Program

The TravelAbility Fellows program, in partnership with the UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management, offers hospitality students a hands-on learning experience focused on accessibility and inclusivity within the travel and hospitality industries.

Interns engage in a range of activities, including research, digital marketing, accessibility assessments, and outreach initiatives. A significant part of the internship involves working closely with the TravelAbility Summit team, assisting in the planning and execution of this key event dedicated to advancing accessibility in travel.

Throughout the program, fellows gain knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG, familiarize themselves with assistive technologies, and learn how to develop accessible digital and physical environments. They also collaborate with partner organizations to identify barriers and recommend solutions to improve accessibility.

The program offers flexible scheduling and remote work options, fostering an inclusive environment that supports professional growth.

This internship provides practical skills and valuable experience for those passionate about promoting accessibility in the travel sector.
